Return Policy


We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges as long as the item(s) were purchased through VZNAthletic.com and are in their original condition. You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.

What items can I return?
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note the following exceptions:

Underwear, swimwear, and socks: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless sealed in their original packaging.

Personalized items: These items cannot be returned.

Sale items: Any products marked as Final Sale with a discount of 60% or more are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit. These items will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

Hygiene products: Bottles or similar personal-use items cannot be returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

To receive a full refund, items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition.

How to start a return or exchange?
Please contact us directly to initiate a return or exchange. Our support team will guide you through the process and assist with any questions.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If a gift card was used for part or all of your order, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

Can I combine multiple returns into one?
Currently, we do not accept combined returns in a single package. Each return must be sent separately. Combining returns may result in processing delays or refund issues.

Please keep your proof of return shipment for tracking purposes.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available within the United States and select international locations. Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same item. If we’re unable to fulfill your exchange, a full refund will be issued instead.

Pop-Up Store & Event Returns Policy
Purchases made at pop-up stores or events follow the same returns policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. In-store or event returns may be processed online with a valid e-receipt. Cash purchases will be issued store credit, and card payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
